What started as a small group working on their chosen period of history, has drawn in many of the other children. The more experienced children are using a Montessori material called the history question charts to guide their research.

One of the activities we did as a class was to reenact a history story on the Roman invasion of Britain. Here we see a leader giving a prep talk to a vastly outnumbered group of Anglo Saxon warriors. Other members of the group are the elephants that came with the invading Roman army.
